Services Provided

SprintCoach.run provides structured sprint programmes, strength & conditioning sessions, testing, video analysis and progress tracking to improve mechanics, power and speed while reducing injury risk.

  • Free Trial: 30 days from sign-up.
  • Billing: Plan renews monthly until cancelled (Sprint Lite or Pro).
  • Payments: Processed by Stripe; no full card data stored on this site.

Eligibility, Minors & Consent

  • You confirm you are 18+. For under-18s, a parent/guardian must accept these terms.
  • For online services, children under 13 require parent/guardian consent (UK GDPR).

Video, Coaching Feedback & Confidentiality

Purpose: recordings support precise technical feedback and metrics.

  • Group reality: cues may be heard by others during sessions; we do not announce medical details or publish named test results in the group.
  • Video in groups: identifiable clips shown only with prior consent; otherwise reviewed 1-to-1 or anonymised.
  • Privacy: we will not share an athlete’s identifiable data (testing, injury history, training notes, video, F-V profile, Sprint 365 progress) outside the coaching team without consent.

Data Privacy

We process personal data under UK GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy for lawful bases, your rights, retention, processors (e.g., Webx Solutions Ltd, Sucuri CDN/WAF) and contact details.

Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellations

  • 6-Week Results Guarantee: if, after 6 weeks of compliant participation, there’s no measurable improvement in relevant metrics, we refund the first paid month. Request within 14 days of week 6 end with training log/testing data.
  • Cancel anytime: via your account or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Effective at period end. Manual requests may take up to 5 working days to process.
  • Cooling-off: 14-day online purchase cooling-off applies. If you start immediately, you acknowledge delivery may limit refunds; reasonable deductions may apply for services provided.

Payments, Receipts & Late Payment

  • Stripe processes all payments; receipts emailed automatically.
  • PDF invoices available on request within 24 hours of charge.
  • Access may be suspended 7 days after a failed payment until resolved.

Code of Conduct & Group Communications

  • Be respectful in sessions and digital groups; no abusive or discriminatory language.
  • Do not share other athletes’ footage/data outside the designated private group/platform.

Health, Risk & Safety

  • You confirm you are medically fit (guardians confirm for minors) and will disclose relevant conditions/injuries.
  • You agree to follow venue rules and coach instructions. First-aid may be provided in emergencies.

Insurance & Safeguarding

  • We maintain Public Liability (£10m any one occurrence) and Professional Indemnity (£5m any one occurrence/in aggregate) insurance suitable for sprint and S&C coaching. Insured member: Paul Franklin (UK Coaching). Period: 16/05/2025–15/05/2026. Certificate available on request.
  • We follow England Athletics/UKA safeguarding guidance, hold current DBS and safeguarding training, conduct activity-appropriate risk assessments, and maintain an incident/accident reporting process.

Intellectual Property & Licence

  • All materials and dashboards are © SprintCoach.run. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own training while subscribed. No copying, sharing or resale without permission.

Service Availability, Changes & Force Majeure

  • Times, venues and coaches may change; reasonable notice will be given.
  • Weather/venue closures may require rescheduling or remote alternatives.
  • No liability for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Liability & Indemnity

  • We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liabilities.
  • Otherwise, our total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months.
  • You/your guardian indemnify us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or unlawful sharing/misuse of recordings/materials.

Amendments & Notices

  • We may update these terms with 14 days’ notice by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
  • Official communications sent to your email on file count as delivery.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
