1. Services Provided

SprintCoach.run is a complete sprint training platform designed to help athletes of all levels run faster. Through the app, you’ll get access to structured sprint programmes, strength and conditioning sessions, and performance testing days. Each plan is built to improve mechanics, power, and speed while reducing injury risk. You’ll also receive customised coaching feedback, video analysis, and clear progress tracking so you know exactly where you’re improving and what to focus on next. Whether you’re aiming to build fundamentals or push towards peak performance, Sprint Coach provides the tools, guidance, and expert support to get you there.

  • Duration & Billing:
    • 30-day free trial begins on sign-up.
    • After trial, your subscription plan (Sprint Lite or Pro) renews automatically each month.
    • All payments are processed by Stripe; no full card details are ever stored on this website.

2. Video Recording, Analysis & Confidentiality

2.1 Purpose: Recordings capture your technique to enable precise, data-driven coaching metrics.
2.2 Consent: By enrolling, you—and if under 18, your guardian—grant permission to record and analyze training videos solely for coaching purposes.

2.3 Limited Distribution:

  • Recordings are shared only within our private, invitation-only WhatsApp group or secure platform.
  • No public posting of recordings without prior written consent from the athlete’s guardian.

2.4 Data Privacy:

  • All personal & performance data is stored in compliance with UK GDPR.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time; it will be removed within 30 days of written request.

3. Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellations

3.1 6-Week Results Guarantee: Follow the programme in good faith—if you don’t see measurable improvements in your sprint mechanics, PBs, or other key performance metrics within six weeks, you may request a full refund of your first month’s subscription. No questions asked.
3.2 Cancellation:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; no prorated refunds on the previous monthly payment.
  • Manual cancellation requests require 5 working days to process.

4. Payment, Receipts & Late-Payment

  • Payment Processor: We use Stripe to handle all transactions. Card data is sent directly to Stripe—our site only stores a Stripe customer/token ID.
  • Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards & PayPal (via Stripe) accepted.
  • Automatic Email Receipts:

  • Invoice Requests:

  • Non-Receipt of Receipt or Invoice:

  • Record Keeping:
    All receipts and invoices—whether sent automatically by Stripe or manually by our team—will be archived for at least 24 months. You may request past documents at any time by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  • Changes to Billing Contact:
    To update your billing email or payment details, please do so via your account portal or contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Changes made before your next billing date take effect immediately; changes after a payment has processed will apply to subsequent cycles.
  • Late or Failed Payments:
    • If a payment fails, access is suspended 7 days after the due date.
    • You remain responsible for any collection fees or bank charges incurred.
  • Cancellation & Final Statement:
    Upon cancellation, your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. 5. Liability & Indemnification

5.1 Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability for any claim is capped at the total fees you have paid in the preceding three months.
  • We are not liable for injuries sustained during training; you confirm you are medically fit and attend sessions at your own risk.

5.2 Indemnification: You and your guardian agree to indemnify & hold the coach harmless from any claims, damages or losses arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of recordings.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respect & Communication: Maintain respectful communication in all group chats & feedback sessions. Abusive or discriminatory language is not tolerated.
  • Intellectual Property: All training materials, curricula & dashboards are © the coach and may not be copied, shared or re-sold without permission.

7. Amendments & Notices

  • Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms with 14 days’ notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • Communications: All official notices sent to the email address on file satisfy any legal notification requirement.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
