A few useful answers

Which pathway should I choose?

Track-only provides flexible sprint coaching, Academy resources and follow-along programmes. Full performance adds a third track session, two supervised S&C sessions and wider testing, screening, planning and athlete support. Discuss your readiness and development needs with Coach Paul.

What if I cannot afford the suggested contribution?

We never want cost to be a barrier to taking part. If needed, simply contribute what you comfortably can each month — no explanation needed.

Is the £3 contribution compulsory?

No. The £3 contribution per coached session is voluntary.

What portal access is included?

Both squad pathways include SprintCoach.run Academy access. Track-only athletes also receive follow-along Sprint and S&C programmes to complete at their local gym.

What does the £48 contribution support?

Shared costs for structured S&C, screening, performance testing, individual athlete development, early injury-support provision and the Athlete Access Fund.

Shared costs. Shared support. Contributions are reinvested in the athletes and the sprint programme. Paul does not take a coaching fee from the £48 contribution.

How do I make a contribution?
