We aim to retest your sprint profile every 4–6 weeks, so you can track improvements—and adapt your training accordingly.

What if I can’t make an in-person session?

All sessions are subject to availability and can be booked via Spond. If you miss one, simply request your personalised training plan recap—and you’ll still get full coach support through our app and WhatsApp group.

Is Sprint 365 suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our pathway is designed for all levels—from complete novices to competitive club athletes—providing clear, step-by-step guidance to build a strong sprint foundation.
